1. Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping, Returns & Cancellations policy applies to purchases made on dolcetti.in, operated by Amaran International Foods (trading as Dolcetti), SCF 74, Grain Market, Sector 26, Chandigarh, 160019, India.

We ship our Savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits nationally across India.

• Delivery Window: Standard orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 days from the date the order is placed.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and applied at checkout. However, shipping charges are waived (free shipping) for cart values exceeding ₹999.
• Delays: We dispatch all orders in accordance with the timeline stated above. However, once an order is handed over to our courier partners, delivery is outside our control, and we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping/courier company.

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order at any time strictly before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partners for transit, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please reach out to us immediately at ciao@dolcetti.in with your order details.

3. Refunds Policy

For successfully canceled orders prior to dispatch, approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.

If you do not see the credit reflected in your account or original payment gateway within this 7-day period, please send us an email at ciao@dolcetti.in, and our support team will track the transaction status right away.

4. Transit Breakage & Damaged Packages

Dolcetti Savoiardi and ladyfinger biscuits are delicate, crisp, and porous baked goods designed specifically for structural texturing in fine desserts. Because of this delicate composition, mild breakage or surface crumbling is to be expected during national courier transit and does not compromise the usability or flavor of the biscuits for recipes like Tiramisu.

However, if your package arrives physically unsealed, heavily crushed, or in a severely compromised state, please take photographs of the parcel and contact us at ciao@dolcetti.in. We will review the case and work with you to help make things right.
