1. Overview

This website is operated by Amaran International Foods (trading as Dolcetti), SCF 74, Grain Market, Sector 26, Chandigarh, 160019, India. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dolcetti. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our Savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits nationally across India.

• Delivery Window: Standard orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 days from the date the order is placed.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and applied at checkout. However, shipping charges are waived (free shipping) for cart values exceeding ₹999.

4. Transit, Breakage & Damaged Goods

Though we package our baked goods and Savoiardi products very carefully using protective materials, mild breakage or crumbling is to be expected during transit due to the delicate and crisp nature of ladyfinger biscuits.

However, if a package arrives severely crushed, heavily compromised, or unsealed/open, please contact us immediately at ciao@dolcetti.in along with photographic evidence, and our support team will help resolve the issue.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Customers can only cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order enters the shipping/dispatch phase, it cannot be canceled.

Approved refunds for canceled orders are processed back to the original payment method within 7 days of cancellation. If you do not receive your refund credit within this 7-day window, please drop us an email at ciao@dolcetti.in for prompt assistance.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
